| What form of payment do you accept? |

We accept payments through both 2CheckOut and PayPal.

| What kind of servers do you use? |

| Our servers at present are P4 2.4GHz machines with 1GB RAM and 80GB Hard Drives. Going forward we intend to use DUAL XEON 2.4GHz systems with 1-2GB RAM and DUAL 120GB Hard Drives. |

| We do backups every 12 hours and these are simply mirrors of the data stored offsite. Customers have the option of purchasing archived backups and hourly backups if required. |
| Can I host an adult site? |
|
| No, adult sites are currently not accepted on our hosting services. If it is very softcore then please contact customers@managemyservices.com for further advice. |
| What currency will I be billed in? |
|
| You will be billed in US dollars. |
| Are there any setup fees? |
|
| No, none of our services come with setup fees, they are built into the monthly cost. |
| Do you offer telnet or shell access? |
|
| Unfortunately not, we have not been able to secure it at a level we are comfortable with and therefore we cannot offer this feature. Sorry. |
| Will you make me a custom solution? |
|
| Please e-mail our sales team at sales@managemyservices.com but we may simply direct you to our flagship packages if we cannot make you a better offer. |
| Can I upgrade my package if needed? |

| We offer a full range of upgrades or if these aren't enough you are free to upgrade or downgrade to the next level of package. |
| How often will I be billed? |

| All billing will be done monthly. |
| Do you offer 24/7 technical support? |

| Yes, we offer 24/7 support via Support Issue (using CCC) which features a 1 hour reply guarantee and a 6 hour resolve guarantee. |
| Can I resell your plans or reseller plans? |

| Yes! This is perfectly fine! You are free to resell any of our packages or simply sell a part of the package which you allocate out. |
| Can I access my domain with and without www.? |
|
| Yes this is no problem at all! |
| Will you place any ads on my site? |
|
| No, none at all! |
| Do I have to have a domain to use your services? |
|
| If you do not own a domain you can either buy one at managemyname.com or use a sub.managemyservices.com address free! |
| What happens if I go over my quotas? |

| We will e-mail you and advise you to upgrade. |
| Which Data Center are your servers in? |
|
| Our servers are located in the Fort Worth, Texas, SAVVIS facility running off premium SAVVIS bandwidth. |
| Is CPU usage kept low on the servers (ie not hammered and overloaded)? |

| This is a critical point for us since the less loaded our servers are the less management we have to do and the better the customer experience. Our main goal is to keep CPU utilization as low as possible even during peek periods. |
| How many IPs are included and will you setup truly private nameservers? |
|
| We include 2 IP addresses as standard on the HOSTReseller and HostSupersize packages and 1 IP address on every other package. You can setup your own nameservers and have full DNS control on the HostReseller and HostSuperSize packages as well. |

| No. We do not allow shell access at all. This is for security reasons. If you have commands you want executed you can send them to us through the Customer Control Center and our admins will execute them. |
| How long from signup to order confirmation inside and outside business hours? |

| Usually within 6 hours, likely less. |
| Is space/bandwidth allocated on potential use due to the account package or allocated on actual usag |

| We allocate a set amount each month and you are unable to allocate more than what has been set as the total for the account for each domain. This is also known as overselling.
